  • Internal Servererror on Ticketsite?

    Hi i hope a GM can help me with my Problem, yesterday i tried to write a Ticket about a fail Buy in the Itemshop, but when i visit the support site, the option to write a Ticket is missing and if i try it via link (https://eu.playthisgame.com/CABAL/en/Support/NewTicket) i can fillout the fields one time and when i try to send it it display me an internal error and if i retry to fill out the formula i can't
    chose a server anymore...lol
    i tried it with a virtual machine with an own networkadapter cuz i thoat maybe i got a rootkit or something, but not working... then i tried it with my smartphone and it worked with the link, after i wrote the ticket, i also was able to see the status on my pc with this link eu.playthisgame.com/CABAL/en/Support/Ticket. But today i wanted to check my ticket status i it is not working anymore... wtf is this xD
    I checked my system with AVAST, ESET and MWB but just a few false positivs and unknown compression in display driver matrix... nothing what explains me why it could'nt work from my side..
    At this point im asolutly out of plans and a lttle bit desprite! xD

    update: i can view my tiketstatus in my accountoptions again, but i'm still missing the option and i can't write a newone without getting an error.. is this problem serversided?
